313 new homes are planned for the Marblehead Coastal development adjacent to the San Clemente Outlets. These homes will be in walking distance of the beach, parks, pool, movie theatres and of course, the shopping! See the unofficial site plan of the homes/layout from the City of San Clemente.

Authentic architectural styles for both the private residences and public buildings include Spanish, Italian and Coastal Villa influences. Living spaces for the homes will range from 1,600 to 4,600 square feet with many offering sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific and/or views of the surrounding natural terrain. Classic details of the homes include arched stone entries, louvered and bermuda shutters, rustic wooden doors, half round windows, mission tile, exposed raftertails, and decorative wood balconies.

According to the Orange County Register (March 2006): Projected prices, as of now, would range from $1.1 million to $1.9 million, said SunCal's Adrian Peters. Also, it is rumored that there are over 4,000 people on the interest list for these new homes. Read the story here.

The Villas and Estates homes at Marblehead Coastal, in accordance with established design guidelines, will adhere to the highest standards of architecture and construction. An HOA will be established to maintain community amenities, including an ocean view park, trails, enhanced streetscape and landscape areas.
